Hi everyone--I met my goals today which really wasn't very hard because I'm allowing myself to eat extra so I can be fueled for Saturday morning. I've been drinking quite a bit of water too and planning on lots more tomorrow! I hope you're all doing well.
I did well with exercise today and OK with eating. Sunday sounds good at 1. Where are we meeting? Good luck on Saturday. I am nervous for you, which is silly.
