Day 3--Woweee!
I know it's a little early to report for the day, but I just wanted to comment on how much better I feel after only 2 days of healthy eating. This morning I just woke up happy--for no reason! It was great. Heather's been saying the same thing, and I wanted to second this idea. Go healthy living!

Good job Kim. Heather I would love to tag along to check out the course if it is a time I can go. Sounds like people are doing great with their goals. I am loving the exercise classes I have been going to at Apple. Not eating junk food is harder but today was good. It does feel good to be back on track.

I met my goals today. It's great to hear that you're all doing well also!
Hey ladies! I met my exercise goals, but yesterday I didn't record my calories. I think I still did pretty well, but I can't count it because I didn't keep track. That's a hard part for me! Today's a new day, though, and I'm doing well so far!
