I met my goals today. I am super motivated right now and am really looking forward to Bone and Back!! I am going to go walk my part on Saturday and see what my time is, as well as see how much sweat I can produce. :)
Kim~ you are doing awesome, it's so hard when you are away from home to stay with it completely (especially when you can not control the food choices) so great job to you on the exercise! Plus think of going to Ann Taylor in the Fall~ you will be thin and strong and happy, that mirror will reflect your Chalene!

Okay, okay... sorry guys! I'm just a bum!! I don't get my points for today-- I slept through my workout and I made homemade bread. It was so good and you know, one piece just isn't enough! Well, I'm starting again tomorrow! :)
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday to me. I had too happy of a birthday today. Lots of people gave me chocolate, cupcakes, brownies, etc. I think maybe I was thinking if I ate all of it today I would start over tomorrow but I cannot imagine the calories I downed. I did go to the gym early this morning and felt great. 1 good and 1 bad. Great day though. I now have reached all my exercise goals since we started but have blown the food goals 3 time. Wish me luck since there is still cake at my house. Keep up the good work ladies. You inspire me every day.
