Sunday summaries

Hey all,

How was your first week of phase 2? I did well until yesterday and still feel like I am recovering from an overdose of chocolate chip cookies. I guess 5 out of 6 is not bad. Hope all of you have a good week. Is summer every coming?

  1. My first week has been awesome, met my goals everyday, I plan to get all your money ladies!! :) I will weight myself tomorrow to see what the scale says...but I really have felt better this week compared to last, and I have had some really good workouts!!
    So Kim and I are doing (okay thinking) about the Mesa Falls half marathon the end of August...give it some thought, it will be close to the end of HLC 2 and we should all be in some really good shape after a summer of meeting goals. Think of the reward when we finish it!!

  2. My first week went pretty well. I met my goals today, so that means I had 6 out of 7 good nutrition days and 7 out of 7 exercise days. I also felt a lot better this week!
    Yes, Heather, I came home and looked up the site. It could be fun! Did you notice they're also having a 5K?
    I'm going to Boise tomorrow until Friday. I should have computer access, but just in case you don't hear from me, it will mean that I don't. I definitely will be sticking to my goals. I'm even taking ChaLean with me!

    I found this quote while researching training for a marathon~ I am totally going to do the Mesa Falls Half Marathon~~~ Come join me friends it will be one of the most rewarding things, there is no stopping us!!
